Booking and Cancellation
Q: What time is check-in/check-out?

A: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.

 

Q:What is the difference between reserving a home on your website versus VRBO, AirBnB or any other on-line site that I see the home?
 

A:While other booking sites are a trusted source to secure reservations, they charge additional service or booking fees. To avoid these fees, receive the guaranteed lowest available rates, and receive direct and personalized service booking direct with Retreat Vacation Rentals is the recommended way to go.
 

Q: What is the Retreat Vacation Rentals cancellation policy?

A: The cancellation policy varies depending upon where you booked your reservation. Please refer to your booking channels cancellation policy for further information.

 

Q: Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

 

A:Our occupancy cannot be predicted unfortunately but a late check-out or early-check in may be requested and we will notify you 24 hrs. before if that option is available to your for an additional fee.

 

Q: How old do I need to be to reserve a home?

A: In order to reserve one of our vacation homes, you must be at least 25 years of age. All individuals under the age of 18 must be traveling with their parent or legal guardian, or other appointed adult.

Q: What is your pet policy?

A: No pets of any kind are permitted in or around any of our vacation homes without prior approval. At our vacation homes where pets are considered, guests may bring up to two well-traveled, adult dogs when approved by a Retreat Vacation Rentals Manager. Payment of a $10/night pet fee per dog is required. We do not allow dogs under the age of 12 months, cats, or any other pets at any time. Please be aware our Damage Waiver does NOT cover accidental damage caused by your dog.

Q: What about Service Dogs?

A: We are happy to accommodate any individuals requiring the assistance of a trained Service Animal. Emotional support animals, therapy dogs, or service dogs traveling without an individual with a disability requiring their assistance are not permitted in homes where pets are not allowed.

Access and Amenities
Q: How will I gain access to the property?

A: An access code will be given along with your check-in instructions to unlock the electronic lock at the front door. The code is changed with each reservation so you and your guests will be the only ones with your unique code.

Q: Is Wifi included?

A: All of our homes are equipped with wireless internet as well as smart televisions to allow for streaming.

Q: Are toiletries provided?

A: Travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. We still recommend bringing your own items if you prefer particular brands, or are joining us for an extended stay.

Q: What about paper products?

A: We provide a starting supply of paper towels and toilet paper, which is designed to get you from your arrival through your first grocery run. We recommend picking up a supply to get you through the rest of your stay.
After Your Stay

Q: What is your lost and found policy?

 

A: Retreat Vacation Rentals is not responsible for any items left behind at a property. If you believe you have forgotten an item at one of our vacation homes, please contact our office at (805)329-5800.
